We're a small independent brand, and every order genuinely means a lot to us. If there's ever an issue with your order, don't panic - get in touch and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
Made to Order
Every Okayish piece is made especially for you once you place an order. Rather than holding stock, we only produce what's needed, which helps reduce waste and overproduction.
Because of this, orders take a little longer to arrive than buying from a traditional retailer - but we think it's worth the wait.

Take a moment to check the size guide before ordering. Because every piece is made to order, we can't exchange items ordered in the wrong size.
Shipping
Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before being dispatched.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
- UK: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 5–15 business days
These are estimated delivery times and may vary during busy periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details where available.
Returns & Exchanges
As every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong item, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work with our fulfilment partner to put things right as quickly as possible.
